Job summary

Kapok Limited, a leading independent lifestyle and fashion retailer in Hong Kong, is seeking an Associate Store Leader. You will act as the go-to person for store projects, develop the merchandise mix to hit turnover targets, and lead store operations and atmosphere.

You will coach the sales team to deliver high-quality customer service, contribute to store action plans, and analyze sales data to drive growth across multiple locations in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• +6 years relevant working experience in retail industry with +3 years managerial role
• Experience in multi-brand retail is highly preferred
• Good interpersonal, dependability, flexibility and multi-tasking
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to-person for all projects related to the store
• Develop and maintain the merchandise mix of the store and meet turnover targets
• Manage the store team and store operations, contribute to store atmosphere
• Coach the sales team to deliver high quality customer service and shopping environment
• Contribute to the development of the store action plan and lead its implementation
• Analyse key sales data and formulate strategies to achieve business growth
• Coordinate internally with marketing/logistics/accounting and externally with brands, adhering to directions and image
