We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and highly capable professional to join the Executive Director's Office asExecutive Manager, supporting the Executive Director and the Board in advancing the Company's strategic priorities, stakeholder engagement, governance, and key initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
Strategic Support and Stakeholder Engagement -
- Support the Executive Director in driving strategic initiatives and organizational priorities, including government relations, funding initiatives, and partnership with local, Mainland China, and international arts organizations
- Assist in preparing executive presentations, speeches, reports, briefing materials, and communications, and support engagement with government officials, funding bodies, and other key stakeholders
Business Development, Communications and Special Projects -
- Support the development of strategic partnerships, co-branding opportunities and new initiatives that contribute to the Company's growth and sustainability
- Contribute to corporate communications and public relations initiatives
- Coordinate and manage special projects, cross-functional initiatives and collaborative programmes
Governance and Executive Administration –
- Coordinate Board and committee meetings, including preparation of agenda, papers, minutes, meeting logistics, and confidential correspondence
- Manage the Executive Director's engagements with Board Governors, government officials, donors, sponsors, and key stakeholders
- Manage VIP hospitality arrangements, ticketing coordination, executive engagements, and other administrative matters related to major production, events, and stakeholder activities
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Arts Management, Communications, or a related discipline
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in executive support, strategic marketing, brand communications, project management, or public/cultural sector leadership
- Experience in the NGO, public sector, or performance arts industry is an advantage
- Good understanding of Hong Kong's arts and cultural landscape, stakeholder environment, and government funding framework
- Strong strategic thinking, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, with strong presentation development skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
- Mature, proactive, resourceful, and able to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
- Flexible and responsive to operational requirements as needed
