Job summary

Rise Associates Asia Limited is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the CEO. You will manage complex schedules, coordinate local and overseas travel, and prepare all correspondence and reports.

The role requires discretion, bilingual English/Chinese proficiency, and a proven track record supporting C‑level executives. The successful candidate will act as a gatekeeper to ensure focus on strategic matters, coordinate travel

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Exceptional organisational, prioritisation, and multi‑tasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
  • Ability to work independently and remain composed under pressure in a fast‑paced, senior executive environment.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Solid experience supporting a CEO, or other C‑suite / top‑tier executives in large or reputable organisations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive and proactive secretarial and administrative support.
  • Manage schedule, including appointments, meetings, and complex local and overseas travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and manage all correspondence and documentation such as agendas, minutes, emails, letters, reports, and follow‑up actions.
  • Serve as a primary liaison with internal departments, senior management, board members, and external stakeholders, including government bodies, industry leaders, and public or political counterparts.
  • Act as a strategic gatekeeper, managing access, prioritisation, and ensuring focus on key institutional and strategic matters.
  • Plan and coordinate detailed travel itineraries, accommodations, visa applications, and logistics for business trips.
  • Oversee the daily operations and provide coordination or guidance to relevant colleagues when required.
  • Represent the Senior Executive with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement in all engagements.
  • Handle highly sensitive personal and corporate information with absolute confidentiality.
  • Undertake ad‑hoc tasks and special assignments.
