LINKEDU Overseas Education, part of the Beacon Group, is seeking a proactive professional to support executives, drive business development, and manage student/parent relations in Hong Kong. You will handle calendars, proposals, CRM records, and coordinate seminars and events, while communicating in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

The role demands strong organization and client-service focus in a dynamic education environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of background in executive assistance, business development support, or educational client services.
• Business proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication capabilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with a strong sense of accountability.
• Self-motivated, customer-centric, and able to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Executive Support & Business Development: Manage executive calendars, prepare meeting materials, and track critical project timelines.
• Research market opportunities, draft compelling proposals, and support lead generation for business expansion.
• Organise meetings, outreach campaigns, and strategic networking events.
• Client Relations & Administration: Respond actively to students’ and parents’ enquiries; Maintain CRM records for current and prospective students.
• Participate and provide support in seminars, exhibitions and events.
