Job summary

International Brand Center in Hong Kong seeks an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director who will be the MD’s trusted partner. This role offers exposure to entrepreneurship, family office operations, luxury business, leadership, public affairs and technology transformation.

You will work directly with the Founder and MD and engage in high-level relationship management and strategic projects. The ideal candidate has 5+ years EA/PA experience, strong organization, and fluency in English,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years EA/PA experience.
• Experience supporting senior executives.
• Family Office or Luxury Retail exposure preferred.
• Fluent English, Mandarin and Chinese.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritise commitments, and calendar and appointment schedules.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel.
• Prepare executive briefing materials.
• Manage correspondence and email follow-up.
• Track critical projects and action items.
• Coordinate with business partners and vendors.
• Support management reporting and monitor execution deadlines.
• Organize cross-functional projects.
• Coordinate business events and VIP meetings.
• Support government, chamber of commerce and NGO engagements.
