Job summary

Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority (HKEAA) is seeking a supervisor to lead a team responsible for examinations across pre-during-post operations. The appointee will plan resources, resolve irregularities, and handle SEN arrangements while coordinating with internal and external parties.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in admin/ops with 2+ years in supervision, plus strong stakeholder management and budgeting skills in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least 5 years in an administrative or operational role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Experience in system UAT or in examination operations and business administration; strong stakeholder and customer management; budgeting and complaint handling.
• Knowledge of administration in a highly complex environment or examination operations desirable.
• Interpersonal, organizational, problem solving and supervisory skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Chinese word processing.
• Highly meticulous and able to work under pressure and irregular hours (including public holidays).
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team delivering examinations across pre-during-post operations.
• Assist in planning resources for the team and resolve irregularities and complaints.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to administer examinations and improve operations.
• Identify improvement areas and propose changes to procedures and policies.
• Ensure compliance with division and HKEAA policies and guidelines within resources and timelines.
