Job summary

HKEAA invites a strategic leader to head the International and Professional Examinations Division in Hong Kong, overseeing growth strategies, partnerships with local and overseas bodies, and service expansion. The role focuses on business development, service excellence, and contributing to long-term objectives, with responsibility for managing over 1,000 personnel and contractors.

You will work with senior management to drive innovation, capital investments, and ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Education Management, Business Administration or related field.
At least 15 years of work experience, including 8+ years at senior managerial level.
Proven experience in business development, marketing or promotion of education/training services.
Experience in managing large-scale examinations or projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead international and professional examination services with focus on quality, compliance and delivery.
Drive growth by forming partnerships and expanding service offerings worldwide.
Oversee operations, planning, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
Advise on investments and strategies to maximise facilities and capabilities.
Strengthen relationships with examination bodies, government entities and partners.
