Job summary

Muse Communication Co., Ltd. is seeking an Operations Officer to manage merchandise delivery, distribution to events and partner locations, and to support exhibitions and pop-up stores.

You will coordinate with internal teams, handle on-site issues during events, prepare post-event reports, and perform ad-hoc duties with a focus on accuracy, organization and timely communication in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Around 1-3 years of relevant experience in event management, exhibitions, retail operations, merchandising, logistics or related fields preferred.
• Experience in exhibitions, character/IP merchandise would be an advantage.
• Good organizational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
• Hands-on, responsible and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Willing to work outside normal office hours, including weekends and public holidays when needed.
• Immediate availability would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the merchandise delivery, allocation and distribution to events, retail locations and business partners.
• Co-ordinate and support events, pop-up stores and other marketing activities with internal teams and parties.
• Occasional On-site support and handle operational issues during events.
• Prepare post-event operational reports and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties whenever needed
