Job summary

ByteDance's BytePlus team seeks a Customer Success Manager to serve as the main technical liaison for enterprise clients in APAC, driving adoption of cloud and AI solutions after sale. You will understand customers' business scenarios, develop use cases, and guide migrations with cross-functional teams.

You will own relationships, provide proactive support, and contribute insights to maintain high satisfaction and successful deployments across industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in roles such as Technical Account Manager, Cloud Solution Architect, Customer Success Manager, or Technical Project Manager.
• Experience with Cloud or AI products from major cloud providers in APAC.
• Experience working with DNBs, ISVs, and SIs across verticals including E-commerce, Media, Entertainment, Gaming, Education, etc.

Responsibilities

• Proactive customer relationship management with key stakeholders; primary contact for technical issues and escalations.
• Technical guidance and post-sales support for APAC customers, translating business needs into product use cases.
• Plan and own migration, deployment, and expansion projects; monitor progress and provide updates.
• Contribute to best practices, industry insights, and technical documentation.
