• Advocate and implement corporate business initiatives to achieve business goals
• Re-design the Employee Engagement program & action list for respective clients
• Engage with clients to understand their needs
• Develop new initiatives to enhance the Employee Experience for clients
• Capture feedback from customers on how to improve the services.

Responsibilities:

• Advocate and implement corporate business initiatives to achieve business goals
• Re-design the Employee Engagement program & action list for respective clients
• Engage with clients to understand their needs
• Develop new initiatives to enhance the Employee Experience for clients
• Capture feedback from customers on how to improve the services.

• Able to work independently as well as be a team player
• Proficient with MS office, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese & English
