Job summary

Flex Consultancy Limited is looking for an Assistant HR Specialist to join a Happy & Young Team in Hong Kong. The role covers end-to-end HR functions for SME clients, including recruitment, payroll, MPF and tax filings, policy and handbook preparation, HR letters, staff activities and training, HR projects, and data reporting.

Fresh graduates are welcome; strong knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and the ability to work under tight deadlines are desirable.

Qualifications

• 1 year of HR experience; fresh graduates from HR-related disciplines are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
• Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• Outgoing, self-starter, eager to learn and flexible.
• Willing to act as HR partner to SME owners.

Responsibilities

• Take the ownership of assigned SME client accounts andprovide clients with all-round HR functions including the below:
