Job summary

HR Plus Hong Kong is seeking a driven student to support our HR Wellness events, logistics, and marketing efforts. This role involves coordinating appointments, equipment, and communications with clients and attendees, while applying creativity to promote memorable events.

The internship offers hands-on experience in event planning, CRM updates, and administrative support, with a 5-day work week and opportunities to work with leading businesses on wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English, Cantonese required.
• Good communication, presentation skill and team work player.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for logistics.
• Creative, innovative, and willing to think outside the box to make our events and programs stand out.
• Year 4 student is welcomed to apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for HR Wellness event, including scheduling appointments, managing equipment, and communicating with client and attendees.
• Use creativity and marketing savvy to promote the event and make it an unforgettable experience for all participants.
• Update our marketing CRM system with client’s information and follow-up communications.
• Assist with event planning, marketing, and promotion.
• Work with the client to develop and implement innovative wellness programs that help employees feel great and perform at their best.
• Provide administrative support to the client, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
