Job summary

HR Plus, based in Hong Kong, is seeking an HR and Immigration Consultant to deliver immigration and HR consultancy services and to promote our offerings in Mainland China. You will coordinate work and resident permits for foreign clients and help refine recruitment policies for Mainland customers.

Fluent Mandarin and English, strong communication skills, and excellent organization are essential. This role offers a 5-day work week and opportunities to grow with an award-winning firm.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional immigration and HR consultancy services.
• Develop channels in China to promote immigration and HR services.
• Coordinate work and resident permit processes for foreign clients.
• Review recruitment plans and advise Mainland clients on personnel policies.
• Assist in improving job descriptions and performance appraisal systems for Mainland clients.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and manage client communications.

We are currently seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an HR and Immigration Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and high-quality immigration and human resources consultancy services
• Develop channels in China to promote the company's immigration and HR consultancy services
• Explore business partners in China and coordinate the acquisition of work permits and resident permits for foreign customers.
• Review and formulate the annual recruitment plan, analyze and evaluate personnel policies for Mainland customers
• Assist in improving job descriptions and performance appraisal systems for Mainland customers
• Manage customer contact and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements

• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for logistics
