Job summary

ACTS Consulting Co in Hong Kong seeks an EA Personal Assistant with a background in marketing, sales or public relations to support the Chairman during his Hong Kong visits. You will coordinate outreach, arrange meetings, keep records and supervise business activities, and participate in major events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above.
• 3-8 years experience in marketing / sales / public relations with or without personal assistant exposure.
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese.
• Fluent Putonghua, Cantonese and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide all business and work support to the Chairman when in Hong Kong, including outreach, meeting arrangements, record keeping and supervision.
• Participate in planning and development of group businesses in Hong Kong and present recommendations.
• Handle office management of the Hong Kong office including HR, administration and other support tasks.
• Develop and maintain supplier systems to support smooth operations of the Hong Kong office.
