Michael Page in Hong Kong is partnering with a Hong Kong based investment firm to recruit a Senior PA/EA to support an Executive Director/CIO/Founder. The role combines personal and professional administration for a growing family office, with daily Mandarin usage.

You will manage schedules, travel, events and confidential matters, oversee office operations and liaise with internal/external stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years' related experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 5–8 years in PA/EA or related admin roles.
• Experience in financial institutions or large entities preferred.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English; Mandarin used daily.

• Provide personal and executive support to the Founder/CIO.
• Manage calendars, meetings, travel and ad hoc requests.
• Handle confidential family matters and projects.
• Support family office setup and liaise with stakeholders.
• Oversee office administration, vendors and facilities.
• Assist senior management and the team on projects.
