Job summary

Wave Commerce in Hong Kong is seeking a hands-on leader to oversee client projects in Shopify e-commerce development, CRM, growth marketing and omnichannel strategies. You will guide digital campaigns and projects, driving client ecommerce growth and engagement across online and offline touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Understanding of retail and/or ecommerce business.
• Project management, ecommerce (brand.com), growth marketing, CRM skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including experience with digital marketing or other digital/ecommerce projects or ability to learn quickly on digital/ecommerce platform technologies.
• A creative problem solver with an analytical approach to decision making.
• Able to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and work with clients in a consulting capacity.
• Experience working in FMCG, retail and/or DTC brands preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client projects that may include Shopify e-commerce development, CRM, growth and digital marketing, and omnichannel strategies for our clients.
• Lead the development of digital projects and campaigns to drive our clients' ecommerce business forward.
