FWD Group in Hong Kong seeks a Manager, eCommerce to lead the development and delivery of enterprise eCommerce initiatives, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. You will manage a team of developers and collaborate with platform owners, stakeholders, QA and DevOps to drive scalable digital sales and marketing capabilities.

Qualifications

Preferably a bachelor degree in IT related discipline.
Strong technical full stack knowledge with proven track records (Minimum 4-6 years hands-on experience).
Led medium to large project teams (3-7 members) with end-to-end delivery.
Experience in detailed system and database design.

Responsibilities

Lead the eCommerce development team to deliver initiatives with high quality and business alignment.
Provide technical leadership in design, implementation, and troubleshooting for multi-platform eCommerce projects.
Ensure deliverables meet design, coding, and security standards.
Hands-on coding while overseeing teams across offices and geographies.
Oversee source code management and ensure compliance with standards.
Collaborate with platform owners, stakeholders, QA and DevOps to support regional growth.
Mentor team members for timely, high-quality project delivery.
Drive performance tuning, SEO, analytics, and platform optimization.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, including security and vulnerability management.
