ET NET LIMITED in Hong Kong is seeking an energetic Event Coordinator to assist in executing projects and events, manage timelines, coordinate with venues and vendors, and support budgeting. The applicant should have a Diploma or above, at least 1 year of event coordination experience, and strong organizational and communication skills in English and Cantonese;

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in any discipline.
• At least 1 year's experience as an event coordinator.
• Well-organized with multi-tasking abilities.
• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing projects and events, including strategy development, timeline management, and implementation.
• Research and recommend suitable venues, suppliers, and technologies aligned with project goals and client preferences.
• Coordinate logistics for projects and events with vendors, venues, and internal teams.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables and alignment.
• Support administrative duties such as documentation, reporting, and budgeting.
• Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to team and project objectives
