Job summary

AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Event Coordinator to liaise between event organizers and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of venue services.

You will assist in planning, budgeting, and coordinating with external parties to meet timelines, while providing high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years' experience; strong communication, multitasking, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in events or venue operations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Solid problem-solving ability for logistical and technical requirements.
• Team player with proactive, outgoing and cheerful mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact between event organizers and the planning/management team.
• Assist in overseeing assigned events and coordinate with internal and external parties.
• Support event planning to ensure timely delivery of venue services with quality and satisfaction.
• Assist in budgeting and monitoring event timelines.
• Provide general administration support for event planning provisions.
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
