Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking an experienced Training Manager to design and revamp training curricula for agents, managers and agency staff, ensuring alignment with AXA culture and business goals. You will identify training needs, develop and deliver programs across investment-linked products, operations and agency management, and keep content updated for high training quality. The role also involves coaching the training team and monitoring CPD activities.

Qualifications

University degree in any discipline.
FLMI, IIQA and insurance qualifications preferred.
At least 4 years in agency management, agency training or sales management in life insurance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good presentation and course facilitation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
Good PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Candidates with Mainland China background in insurance are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and revamp the training curriculum for agents and managers.
Identify training needs and analyze results.
Develop and deliver agency training programs on investment-linked products, business operation and agency management.
Keep training content and methodologies updated to ensure high quality.
Assist in coaching and monitoring the training team development.
Monitor various training projects.
