Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a Training & Development professional to help design, deliver and refine training programs that align with AXA culture and business goals.

You will create digital training materials, support project delivery, and ensure standardized trainer guides. The role requires strong communication skills, English and Chinese proficiency, and at least one year in sales or agency training within the insurance sector.

Qualifications

• University degree in any discipline.
• FLMI, CII and/or insurance qualification preferred.
• At least 1 year in sales or agency training in life or general insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good presentation and course facilitating skills.
• English and Chinese language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist team head to develop and deliver training programs.
• Assist design and revamp of training programs with materials reflecting AXA culture and business goals.
• Design and develop digital training materials (e-learning, video, etc.).
• Support assigned projects to drive business results.
• Prepare trainers guides to standardise course delivery with learning points and methodologies.
• Provide training administration and logistics support including rooms, equipment, materials, and inventory.
• Design, develop and deliver in-house CPD accreditation programs and evaluate external CPD programs.
• Update training materials and organize training events to strengthen sales knowledge and skills.
• Monitor and track training effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• To assist the team head to develop and deliver training programs
• To assist the design and revamp of training programs with materials to meet the AXA culture and business goal
• To design and develop digital training materials (E learning, video shooting etc)
• To participate assigned projects to drive business desired results
• To prepare the trainers guide to ensure standardized delivery of the course; the contents should illustrate clearly the following: learning points, methodology; linkage; relating the guide to all teaching materials and documents and materials checklist
• To provide support on training administration and logistics including training rooms and equipment maintenance, training materials preparation and inventory control
• To design, develop and deliver in house CPD accreditations programs as well as recommend, review and maintain external CPD programs
• To update the training materials
• To assist the team head to organize training events to strengthen sales knowledge and skills
• To monitor and track training effectiveness

Qualifications

• University degree of any discipline
• FLMI, CII and insurance qualification preferred
• At least 1 year in sales or agency training in life insurance and / or general insurance industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good presentation and course facilitating skills.
• Work under pressure and self-motivated
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC skills in Words, Excel and PowerPoint
