Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Training Leader to design and conduct leadership programs for agency managers, driving recruitment, productivity, and retention. You will proactively engage stakeholders to co-create impactful content, monitor outcomes, and align strategies with company objectives.

The role requires hands-on experience in mid- to senior-level leadership training, strong facilitation, and the ability to analyze needs and measure impact.

Qualifications

• Degree Holder with 8+ years of relevant training experience from the insurance industry.
• Well reversed leadership training experience, including designing, planning, and delivering of workshops.
• Proven hands-on experience in designing and delivering leadership training for mid- to senior level leaders.
• Ability to analyze training needs, instructional design, facilitation, and learning evaluation.
• Sound knowledge and experience in talent development frameworks, leadership competencies, and succession programs.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence, negotiate, and partner across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct leadership and agency manager training programs to drive recruitment, productivity, and retention.
• Proactively engage stakeholders to assess learning needs and co-create impactful training content, methodologies, and learning journeys.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously enhance training effectiveness using data, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Contribute to training governance, short-term and long-term training strategies development, and resource planning in alignment with the Company objectives.
• Drive innovation in blended learning, virtual facilitation, coaching frameworks, and experiential learning approaches.
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc initiatives related to leadership capability building and organizational development.
