• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in agency training, agency management, or sales management within the life insurance sector.

• Skills: Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Languages: High proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).

• Background or experience in the Mainland China insurance market is a plus.
