Endeavour Search Limited is seeking a strategic and commercially astute senior business development leader to drive tenant acquisition and partnerships for a premier technology park in the Greater Bay Area. The role focuses on cross-border development between Hong Kong and Shenzhen, requiring deep expertise in land development, financial analytics and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in property development, land administration, valuation and government liaison.
• Proven track record in real estate development management, financial analysis and modelling.
• Familiarity with government approval processes for land development and submissions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and implementation of sales and business development strategies for Batch 2 & 3 and future phases.
• Identify and engage potential partners from overseas, Hong Kong and Mainland China.
• Influence key decision-makers and propose customised solutions to drive commercial actions.
• Conduct EOIs research and formulate land development plans for senior management.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and pitches to showcase project opportunities.
• Prepare land lease tenders, investment materials and related documents; assist due diligence.
• Submit government submissions for land development approvals; collaborate across teams.
