Qualifications

• Familiar with Hong Kong property management industry, local operating practices and tendering procedures.
• Experience in property management business development, commercial development or project coordination in Hong Kong.
• Good relationship with Owners’ Corporations, management committee is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Self-motivated, reliable and strong awareness of the property management market.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, including private residential estates, shopping centers, office buildings, industrial government properties and community facilities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including Owners’ Corporations, property developers, public- and private-sector organizations.
• Manage opportunities arising from private or public tenders, tender interviews and price negotiations.
• Keep in sync with the local property management market trends, policies, and business models. Refine market development strategies to improve the efficiency of client discussions and contract conversion.
• Maintain strong client relationships and account servicing.
• Regular market reviews, including updates on business development activities, potential opportunities and recommendations for improvement.
