Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Hong Kong seeks a proactive professional to lead business development and building operations initiatives, driving client engagement, proposals, tenders, and contract negotiations while coordinating with the management team.

You will prepare compelling pitches, identify new opportunities through market intelligence, manage assigned property portfolios, oversee on-site teams, ensure service quality, and deliver commercially viable, client-focused solutions for new properties.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Support and drive business development initiatives, including lead identification, client engagement, proposal preparation, tender submission and contract negotiation, while working closely with the Business Development team and management.
• Business Development: Lead the preparation and delivery of compelling pitches and presentations to prospective clients, clearly articulating the company’s value proposition, service capabilities and tailored property management solutions.
• Business Development: Identify and recommend new business opportunities through market intelligence, industry networking and proactive relationship building.
• Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, strategic partners and key industry stakeholders to support business growth and enhance client engagement.
• Building Operation: Provide property management expertise and commercial input during proposals, tenders and client discussions, ensuring solutions are operationally feasible and aligned with client requirements.
• Building Operation: Support and, where required, lead the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals, working closely with internal teams and clients to drive effective communications, ensure successful contract transitions and service implementation, and deliver practical, commercially viable, and client-focused solutions for new properties.
• Building Operation: Serve as the headquarters-based lead for business development activities and the day-to-day management of assigned property portfolios.
• Building Operation: Oversee on-site team performance to ensure efficient operations, strong service delivery and compliance with agreed standards.
