Job summary

HSITP Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park is seeking a senior leader to drive the sales strategy for Batch 2 and 3 and to engage potential stakeholders and partners both locally and across borders. The role requires deep real estate development experience and a proven ability to coordinate with government bodies and cross-functional teams.

Applicants should have 15+ years in property development, strong analytical and financial skills, and proficient English and Chinese

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in property development, land administration, valuation, government liaison and project implementation.
• Experience in commercial property management is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese (Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a robust sales strategy for Batch 2 and 3 and future phases.
• Identify and engage potential partners from overseas, Hong Kong, and Mainland China for business development.
• Lobby and facilitate communication with key decision-makers to tailor solutions and drive actions.
• Conduct research and analysis for EOIs and formulate land development plans for Senior Management.
• Prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to highlight project benefits and opportunities.
• Review land lease tenders, investment promotion material, and transaction agreements; assist in due diligence.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and consultants to ensure smooth execution of Batch 2 & 3 and future phases.
• Prepare submissions to government for land development approvals.
