Job summary

HashKey Group is seeking a BD Director to own institutional business development for our staking and node services, converting existing channels into real institutional clients and revenue. You will lead the BD team end-to-end from pipeline creation to signing and asset retention.

You will manage and grow a dedicated BD function, set targets and cadence, and build long-term relationships with exchanges, funds, and custodians. English fluency and experience in regulated environments are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in institutional business development, institutional sales, or strategic partnerships.
• At least 3 years leading a team.
• Direct experience in institutional staking, node infrastructure, custody, or trading services.
• A verifiable network across exchanges, foundations, funds, asset managers, or treasuries.
• Proven track record converting channels into signed business and retained assets.
• Strong execution and compliance in a regulated environment.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own institutional coverage and revenue growth across staking and node services.
• Lead commercial negotiations, solution design, and contract closings with key accounts.
• Build and guide the BD team with pipeline discipline and performance reviews.
• Convert existing sales channels and partnerships into a repeatable revenue pipeline.
