Bitbase Exchange is seeking a senior Business Development Leader to drive the Futures trading business across regional markets. You will own growth strategies, engage top crypto influencers, and build a robust affiliate/broker ecosystem to expand trading volume.

You will lead a regional BD team, collaborate with Operations, Product, and Marketing, and translate market insights into competitive product enhancements, contributing to long-term platform success.

Competenze

• 3+ years of Business Development experience in cryptocurrency exchanges (CEX) with futures growth.
• Strong understanding of crypto market trends and user behavior.
• Proven ability to convert partnerships into measurable volume and revenue.
• Deep understanding of futures trading growth strategies and trading concepts.
• Experience with affiliate/referral systems and strong negotiation skills.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans for the Futures trading business.
• Create aggressive and effective market penetration strategies aligned with different stages of platform growth.
• Take ownership of regional performance metrics, including trading volume and regional profitability.
• Identify, engage, and establish partnerships with top crypto KOLs and influencers to drive user acquisition and volume.
• Build and manage the Futures affiliate/broker ecosystem and recruit external partners and communities.
• Lead the regional BD team, set KPI targets, and coach for high performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Marketing to strengthen brand and trust in Chinese-speaking communities.
• Monitor competitors and provide insights to Product and R&D to improve competitiveness.
