The Dairy Farm Company, Limited is hiring a Digital Commercial Assistant Manager to oversee yuu Rewards HK partner accounts. The role focuses on driving partner adoption, member penetration, and revenue opportunities through tailored success plans and campaigns.

You will manage commercial performance, negotiate incentives, and support renewals while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable growth in partner ROI and loyalty metrics.

Formación

• 3–6+ years in account management or loyalty marketing.
• Experience in partner programs and coalition promotions is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own partner success and growth plans, drive adoption and ROI.
• Lead P&L for assigned partners, plan annual targets and forecasts.
• Negotiate funding, incentives, and campaign investments with partners.
• Support renewals and expansions; identify new revenue opportunities.
• Provide insights from data and translate into actionable recommendations.
