Job summary

The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups is seeking a capable coordinator to support the Continuous Learning program. The role involves assisting with professional development courses, planning promotional activities, and ensuring quality in program planning and evaluation.

The candidate will prepare publicity materials and handle additional duties as assigned by the Federation. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree or higher, with preference for experience in curriculum development or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in curriculum development or educational management.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Persistent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning and delivering professional development courses for Continuous Learning.
• Plan and organize marketing and promotional activities.
• Conduct quality assurance review of planning, implementation, administration and evaluation of Continuous Learning courses.
• Develop publicity materials.
• Perform other duties as required by the Federation.

• To participate professional development course for Continuous learning
• To plan and organize marketing and promotional activities
• To conduct Quality Assurance in reviewing the planning, implementation, administration and evaluation of Continuous learning course
• To develop relevant publicity materials
• To perform any other duties as required by the Federation
• Bachelor's Degree or above
• Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in curriculum development and / or educational management or equivalent
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Persistent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
