Job summary

Ambition in Hong Kong is seeking an IT Helpdesk technician to provide frontline support for internal users. You will troubleshoot hardware, Windows OS, Office applications, Outlook and network issues, delivering friendly, solution-focused service.

You will configure desktops and networking devices, assist with tablets, smartphones and conference room AV equipment, and document issues for follow-up. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in deskside support, strong communication skills and the ability

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma in Computer Studies or above.
• 2–3 years in IT with solid helpdesk or deskside support.
• Experience with Windows XP/7 and Windows applications.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and positive service attitude.
• Able to work independently.
