Job summary

ServiceOne Limited, a leading IT consulting and managed services provider in Hong Kong, invites qualified candidates to join the team as a deskside IT support specialist. The role focuses on resolving hardware and software issues, managing server rooms, and handling server and network device installations and removals.

Applicants should have at least a higher diploma and 3 years’ IT experience with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years in IT with solid experience in servers and networks.
• Knowledge of Windows XP/7 and Windows-based applications.
• Strong communication and service mindset.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside support for hardware and software issues, installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Server room management.
• Install and remove servers or network devices.
• Perform network configuration changes.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor.
