Automated-Systems- in Hong Kong is seeking an IT Helpdesk/Technical Support professional to provide daily data centre operational support and handle IT helpdesk and customer support tasks. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with opportunities to grow in a fast-growing fintech environment.
Candidates with experience in Linux, Veritas NetBackup (NBU) and Kubernetes (K8S) will fit well here, as the role supports a busy Hong Kong operation near convenient transit.
Formación
- 1-2 years of IT Helpdesk experience.
- Higher Diploma with at least 3 years' exp.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Provide operation and maintenance supports.
- Familiar with Linux, Veritas NetBackup (NBU) and Kubernetes (K8S).
