Job summary

HTK is seeking a capable NOC/Operations professional in Hong Kong to monitor facilities, network, systems and applications, and provide first-line troubleshooting. You will handle incidents, escalate as needed, and deliver timely operational reports while ensuring SLA compliance.

Qualified candidates will have a diploma or higher in Engineering or CS and experience in data centre or NOC settings, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Formal education as specified (Engineering/CS or related).
• Experience in data centre or NOC operations preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor healthiness on facilities, network, system, and application.
• Perform first-line troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Support whitespace management, Data Rack setup and network cross-connections.
• Incident handling and escalation to upper tier.
• Responds to incidents, including escalation to relevant second-tier team when required.
• Prepare and deliver operational reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure SLA achievement and maintain regular communication with clients.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality, and service delivery.
