Job summary

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited is seeking a NOC Network Operations Engineer to monitor, maintain and support our network infrastructure in a 24x7 NOC. You will help ensure high availability, rapid incident response and collaboration with internal teams and service providers.

The role requires Cisco CCNP or Huawei HCIP, ITIL foundation is a plus, and 2–5 years in network operations or L1/L2 support, with a degree in CS/IT. You'll work in a regulated financial environment in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 2–5 years in network operations or NOC environments; regulated environments are a plus.
• Holder of Cisco CCNP or Huawei HCIP; ITIL Foundation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network infrastructure including WAN/LAN, firewalls and load balancers using NMS tools.
• Respond to incidents with timely diagnosis, escalation to L3 when required, and detailed records.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for production support and change execution.
• Work in 24x7 shift rotations to ensure continuous operations.
