Job summary

A leading tech consulting firm in Hong Kong seeks a NOC Technical Officer for 7x24 operations. This role involves supporting log analysis, handling IT Helpdesk duties, and providing technical support for customer equipment. Candidates should hold a Higher Diploma in electronics or computer engineering, have 1-2 years of relevant experience, and possess good communication skills in Chinese and English. The position offers an 18-23K salary depending on experience and includes 10-20 days of annual leave.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in IT support, server or network operations.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA are preferred.
• 7 X 24 Shift Duty is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the 7x24 operation team on log analysis and remote diagnosis.
• Responsible for IT Helpdesk support including incident and problem management.
• Deliver technical support services on customer’s CPE equipment.
