Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in data centre or computer room operations.
• Experience in SAP and ITIL certification is a definite advantage.
• Good command of English and Chinese (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Perform 24-hour shift work on day-to-day data centre operations.
• Monitor proper functioning of hardware, software, systems and data centre facilities.
• Coordinate with contractors on routine and emergency maintenance.
• Handle service requests, incidents, logging, documentation and reporting tasks.
• Own assigned processes and drive for excellence in those areas.
• Serve as the primary IT Service Desk contact after office hours.
