Job summary
Logicalis Asia Pacific is seeking a Senior Tech to join our Service Delivery team. You will provide post-sale technical support for customers, handle installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance, and respond to inquiries about product operation and failures.
You will advise on preventive maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve performance and customer satisfaction, working within a technical, cross-functional environment in APAC.
Responsibilities
- Provides post-sale technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance.
- Responds to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions.
- Advises customers on preventive maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
