Job summary

TTM Technologies Trading (Asia) Company Limited seeks an experienced APAC deskside support lead to manage ticket queues, SLAs and service quality. You will provide Tier-1/2 support for Windows PCs, devices, and AV systems across APAC sites, and administer Microsoft cloud services within corporate standards.

The role requires 8+ years in IT client services with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, strong knowledge of AD/Exchange/Intune, and Mandarin (preferred) with English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years IT client service experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong hands-on background in deskside support, client services and end-user computing.
• Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Intune, and endpoint management.
• Foundational knowledge of servers, networking (LAN/WAN) and corporate IT security practices.
• Experience with ITIL service management framework; ITIL certification preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-site/global corporate environments or manufacturing plants is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the APAC deskside support team, managing ticket queues, SLAs and service quality through standardization and documentation.
• Provide high-tier technical support for Windows PCs, peripherals, mobile devices and AV systems across APAC sites.
• Administer APAC Microsoft cloud services (Users, Groups, licences, mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive; Intune and Entra ID planned) within corporate standards.
• Support Outlook/Exchange, Active Directory, MFA, onboarding/offboarding and access requests.
• Partner with global infrastructure, network, security, applications and Corporate IT on incidents and projects.
• Support plant users and shop-floor devices at China and Penang sites.
• Improve service quality through standardisation, documentation and problem resolution.
• Occasional travel to APAC sites as required.
