Job summary

Logicalis Asia Pacific is a leading AI-driven technology integrator in APAC. The Senior Tech role provides post-sale technical support, installation, troubleshooting and maintenance for customers.

You will respond to questions, advise on preventive maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction. The position is Senior Tech, Level T09, US Pay Grade 05, USD yearly.

Function Description

Provides post-sale technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance. Responds to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions. Advises customers on preventive maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
