Vantage is seeking a Lead/Data Center Technician to join its Site Operations Department across APAC sites. You will coordinate DCT activities, manage service requests, and support audit readiness with a focus on multi-site service delivery and customer-facing support.

Responsibilities include incident management, access control, documentation, and cross-functional coordination with vendors and internal teams. Prior data center experience and a higher diploma are preferred.

Formación

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2+ years working experience in Data Center related field preferred.
• Knowledge of communications systems and data center ticketing systems.
• Formal training in specialty area may be required.
• Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Reliable transportation for shifts or emergencies.
• Travel <10% for external audits.
• Background check successful.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers and provide world-class service.
• Write procedures related to site operation and training.
• Guide customers, management and team in a prompt, courteous manner.
• Carry out audits and inspections and suggest remedial actions.
• Coordinate access ticket processing and vendor access requests.
