Logicalis Asia Pacific is seeking a Senior Tech to provide post-sale technical support to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance.

You will respond to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions, and advise on preventive maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.

This role is part of the Service Delivery career track within a Technical team.
