Job summary

HR Plus is seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager to lead APAC IT operations. You will oversee networks, servers, backups, security, and the delivery of IT services with a strong emphasis on reliability and compliance.

In this role, you will manage vendor contracts, incidents, and service improvements, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders across functions. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, with a willingness to operate in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• ITIL certification is an advantage.
• At least 5 years in IT service delivery in multinational environment.
• Experience with AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 F&O; LS-retail a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee APAC IT Operations, ensure network/server maintenance.
• Manage vendor contracts and software licenses.
• Lead incident ownership and post-incident reviews.
• Prepare performance reports and stakeholder communications.
• Supervise desktop management and standardize hardware/security.
