Job summary

Sky-Tech (I.T.) Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Customer Service Executive to maintain and expand our database of prospects, handle after sales service and lead follow-up, and understand customer needs. You will team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in customer service/healthcare admin, strong communication, English/Chinese (Mandarin), and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Holder of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient relations, customer service, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience in report preparation and data handling.
• Interest in customer service improvement and complaint management practices.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
