A leading engineering solutions provider in Hong Kong is seeking a Customer Services Executive to manage service and parts ordering, handle client enquiries, and support sales activities. The ideal candidate should hold a diploma, have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or sales administration, and be proficient in both English and Chinese. A KPI bonus scheme and medical insurance are offered, with a monthly package of $20,000 - $22,000.

About The Role:

• Handle Parts and service ordering, Rental invoicing;
• Handle enquiries, understand client requirements, and identify possible solutions.
• Provide support on daily sales activities, including shipment order processing, preparing quotations, and monitoring delivery schedules.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

• A diploma holder in any discipline
• Minium 2 years customer service or sales administration and shipping relevant experience at Trading firm (Import & Export, either is also OK)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Vlookup, Hlookup, P.Table), MS Business Central (BC)/ Dynamics 365(D365)
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Knowledge of spare parts is preferred
• Able to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
