Job summary

Futu Holdings Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Operations Associate to handle client enquiries, liaise with external parties, and support ESOP processing with professional guidance. The role includes reporting, document management, and ensuring compliance with KYC/AML procedures.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration or equivalent or related discipline
• 2 years of relevant experience is preferred
• Holder of SFC RA1 is preferred
• Responsible, patient, customer focused and good communication skills
• Well-organized, detailed minded, result oriented and able to manage multiple tasks environment
• Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with team
• Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
