Core Pacific - Yamaichi International (H.K.) Limited is seeking a customer service professional in Hong Kong to handle inquiries through multiple channels and coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining SOPs, training peers, and supporting departmental projects. A background in financial services and relevant HKSI/SFC qualifications are advantageous.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in any discipline.
• Passes in HKSI Paper 1, 7 and 8 are required.
• Holder of SFC license Type 1 and Type 2 is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in securities brokerage, banking, insurance, or financial services.

• Independently resolve complex enquiries and complaints by coordinating with internal departments and making follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all customer interactions.
• Maintain internal operating procedure manual and assist in peer training to promote knowledge sharing.
• Participate in departmental projects, including service quality programs, system upgrades, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ad hoc assignments.
• Prepare regular reports and provide administrative support to the team.
