Job summary

Guotai Junan International in Hong Kong seeks a driven professional to lead business development and client management in ESOP, equity incentives, and related corporate services.

You will design and tailor ESOP solutions for pre-IPO and listed companies, coordinate with legal and financial service partners, and support market engagement through training and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, securities, wealth management, financial technology, or related financial services sectors.
• Experience in ESOP, employee share schemes, equity incentive plans, corporate services, IPO-related services, or stock administration solutions is preferred.
• Familiarity with wealth management businesses, ESOP administration platforms, and stock incentive management systems will be an advantage.
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Identify and proactively develop new corporate client opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Design, implement, and enhance ESOP and equity incentive solutions based on clients' business needs.
• Provide consulting services and tailor-made solutions for pre-IPO and listed companies on employee share ownership plans and related corporate services.
• Assist the team in developing comprehensive equity incentive solutions and preparing project proposals and reports.
• Coordinate with corporate clients, legal advisors, auditors, listing sponsors, and other external service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.

Job description

1. Business Development & ClientManagement

Proactivelyidentify and develop new corporate client opportunities and maintain strongclient relationships.

Design,implement, and continuously enhance ESOP and equity incentive solutions basedon clients' business needs.

Provideconsulting services and tailor-made solutions for pre-IPO and listed companieson employee share ownership plans and related corporate services.

Assist the teamin developing comprehensive equity incentive solutions and preparing projectproposals and reports.

2. Product Promotion & MarketEngagement

Liaise closelywith regional management teams and internal business units.

Organize ESOPtraining sessions, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities regularly.

Enhance theteam's market visibility and strengthen the firm's brand influence in thecorporate sector.

3. Project Execution & Coordination

Support theimplementation and execution of ESOP projects and ensure project milestones aremet.

Coordinate withcorporate clients, legal advisors, auditors, listing sponsors, and otherexternal service providers.

Monitor projectprogress and ensure timely delivery of services.

4. Market Research & IndustryAnalysis

Monitor industrytrends and developments in ESOP and equity incentive markets.

Conduct researchon competitors' market strategies and product offerings.

Analyze domesticand international market developments and prepare research materials andreports.

5. Other Duties

Perform other adhoc assignments and projects as required by management.

Job requirements

Bachelor'sdegree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, InformationTechnology, or related disciplines.

Minimum 3-5years of experience in investment banking, securities, wealth management,financial technology, or related financial services sectors.
