Futu Holdings Limited in Hong Kong is seeking aCompliance Associate to support institutional onboarding, verify client information and ensure adherence to KYC/AML rules. The role requires coordination with external parties and internal teams to open accounts efficiently.

Applicants should have 1+ years in institutional relationship management or client services, with Mandarin and English fluency. SFC Type 1 license is required, and familiarity with HK regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in institutional relationship management, onboarding or client services.
• Experience in KYC/AML in the finance industry preferred.
• Familiar with SFC regulations on KYC/AML requirements.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.

Responsabilités

• Perform institutional account opening and document checking according to internal guidelines and ensure full compliance.
• Handle and follow up institutional clients’ enquiries, liaise with external parties and internal staff.
• Liaise with clients via email or phone to facilitate corporate account opening.
• Assist the Team Head to establish and enforce service procedures, policies and standards.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Design and implement operational procedures in line with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Handle Ad-hoc tasks as required.

Description du poste

• Perform institutional account opening and document checking according to the internal guidelines and ensure full compliance under rules and regulations
• Handle and follow up Institutional clients’ enquiries, liaise with external parties and internal staff based on feedbacks gathered from clients
• Liaise with clients via email or phone to facilitate and complete the corporate account opening process
• Knowledge on KYC, AML, CRS and FATCA procedures
• Assist the Team Head to establish and enforce service procedures, policies and standards
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Design and implement operational procedures complied with internal guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements
• Handle Ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

• 1+ years working experience in related field such as Institutional relationship management, onboarding, client services etc
• Experience in KYC/AML areas within Finance industry is strongly preferred
• Familiar with SFC regulation on KYC and AML requirements
• Excellent in client service mindset and interpersonal communication skill
• SFC type 1 license holder / pass of relevant papers is a must
• Fluent in Mandarin and English is a must
